I noticed in that picture of the skating rink there is a tower crane further back.. Is that the tower crane for the new VCU School of Medicine Tower that is being erected?

Due to a medical situation involving a couple of stints and a robotic "cabbage" procedure, today is the first I have looked at my compouter since December 10th. Happy to report that Lenox Hill Hosopital released me today...but, oh boy, am I groggy!
