I was unaware that it needed renovating. This is my favorite building.

Actually, I believe the building was purchased by Three Oaks Group, LLC out of Ann Arbor. I know they have reroofed the building (a much needed improvement) and done some other improvements to the interior, but I've not heard of any large scale rennovation of the building.
