The Wi-Fi initiative is moving forward. They already have two downtown hotspots set up (Faneuil Hall, and somewhere else, maybe the Common?) and are setting up a test grid in Dudley Square in Roxbury. They want to have the whole city wired by the endl of next year. Wi-Fi service would be in the $10-$15 range which is great.
