Yes, I'm no super-genious. Actually, I went to Riverbank Books this time supportin the home team I have the City Commission and Planning Commission sites on my "Bookmarks"; Their usually out 3 to 4 days before the meetings. However, being mod here also has its perks, like receiving special packages from "birdies"

I would guess concrete. Is anyone doing steel right now? Everything I saw in Chicago was cast-in-place, probably due to cost?
