They're going to have to help the building owners market their empty spaces better. Lower rents would help too.

Yeah, Blacksburg DT is going down, while Roanoke looks like its headed up.

Blacksburg will rebound, but it's gonna take some work.

Never say never. Busiunesses seem to grow pretty well in Blacksburg if the need is there.

Yeah, but it is so easy to get illegaly get CDs off the internet, only a local artist shop would be good, in my mind.

You couldn't do enough volume to just sell records in a shop like that. You need the national artists to round out selection.
