Nice. Do you think the developers have more information about Bass Pro than the rest of us? That area is dependent upon what is done with the pyramid, in my opinion. The pinch is back!

That didn't occur to me. I think a nice restaurant, maybe a BBQ place, could do well with the BPS crowd. I love walking down the street smelling BBQ, but then again, the residents might get really sick of it real fast.
