Does anyone know if this building was going to contain other leasable office space? Or condos? I haven't seen or read anything that makes this building be anything more than the N&O's new hq's building. Yes, I do realize that I am not building this building, but it seems that the location right next to a city park is a bit of a waste. If only they could add a little extra office space and a few condo's to such a great location right next to a city park. I would have to give them serious thought to buying such a condo. I would love the view!

McClatchey is not doing so well right now. I wouldn't expect the N&O to be building anything in the distant future.
