Perimeter Woods Center

I noticed that across the street from Northlake Commons there is a sign that reads "Perimeter Woods Center - 300,000 sqft shopping center coming". Does anyone know anything about this?? I'm sort of bummed about it, I would go walking in the woods along Perimeter with my kids all the time

I did find this article from the Huntersville Herald that mentions a mixed-use development there.

I also found an article from Observer from 2004, but it is no longer on their website. I read it from Google's cache. It also mentioned that the center is supposed to open in 2006 but really contained no other pertinent information.
