High-rise Condo up for final approval

The 34 unit high end condo at Kenner and Woodmont is up for final approval. This is in addition to what Tony G. has in store for the old Bellemead and another 6 story condo not far from that area. They keep on coming and we will be surprised I think about what gets announced this year.

This is a nice building. It fits well into the surroundings and really isn't too flashy. I like this alot. Very cozy feeling.

This was approved by the Council last night. Let the dozers roll and the cranes rise.

this sounds good for the area..it'll be exciting to watch the changes. Does anyone know which direction the bldg will face -- toward Harding or Woodmont? The article mentioned that main access will be via Woodmont, which is a good thing. Sure would like to see sidewalks installed on that road -- it would make for a nice little walk down to Kroger, or over to the Greenway off White Bridge Rd.

Another highrise for Nashville! There just popping up all over the place. This one's going up in an area where quite a few highrises about the same height exist. It will be a nice addition for the area.

Pooh on Kroger, ha. This will be almost next door to the new Belle Meade Harris Teeter. Changes are afoot. I hope this looks like the rendering...pretty cool.
