Biltmore Square Mall

Simon Properties recently gave up on Biltmore Square and gave the mall back to the mortgagors; apparently, based on industry news sources, the cash flow from the mall wasn't sufficient to pay the mortgage, and occupancy has really declined recently. Poor thing, and I'd expect that Belk's buying Proffitt's won't exactly help the mall, with duplicate stores now.
