I know Jax and Duval County are basically one. But if it wasn't consolidated, where would Jax's city limits be at? Also, with all that land, how much can Jax actually use? Since from what I hear Duval has a lot of water, marsh, swamp and such. Just curious as I've been travling down 95 through Jax alot lately going down to Palatka to see family.
