Dave, the old La Quinta at the Motherhouse finally met it's fate this week. However, I can't believe they didn't try to save the hotel "art".

I anxious to see the overall landscaping and different appearance of that piece of land when they're finished.

I was told that there would be a small pond near the front corner. There is already a hole there. The landscaping for the whole campus should be very nice once completed. They're final dedication is in June when they hope to be free of all construction. Also, we are reinstalling their original stained glass windows next month.

I can't wait to see that part of MetroCenter start to look nicer and I hope more projects start popping up in that area. With all the development throughtout the metro, there's no reason MetroCenter shouldn't really start to boom. That's prime real estate in the heart of the city.
