I especialy like the comparison of density of Pittsburgh's downtown to Cleveland and St. Louis. Those two cities brag about the population of their downtown's but the area they call downtown would include our South Side. SO if you add the South Side into the normal "greater downtown" area, Pittsburgh crushes both in population density!

Nothing shocking. All pretty common sense to me. There are always these studies coming out but I won't get excited until there is a plan of implementation.

Seems like there's a project or two that I hadn't heard about before and why would they add the Marquette stuff yet. Marquette may not even be a developer.

the 5th/forbes project is listed as conceptual. The important part is that the project is on the radar and that's why its included...the actual developer is not important.
