Nursing Building being converted to lofts?

Hi, I just drove by the Nursing Building across from Harper Hospital and saw that it has a Jonna properties banner on it. Does anyone have any info on it? I'm really excited that its going to be rehabilitated. It will be beautiful!

I had only heard info about this from someone. This sounds great! Can't wait to see some progress on this renovation.

It looks absolutely beautiful. I honestly had no clue what that building was. I just thougt it was another gorgeous building going to waste.

I saw that yesterday too. Too bad it was damaged by fire last year. The MidMed lofts should be a pretty nice addition to that part of John R. too. I'm wondering why that project is taking so long too. It's been gutted for so long now, but nothing has been sturring (not even a mouse).
