Oh yeah we talked about this a while back ago. Although to be honest I'm not positive what topic it's in, probably in a Hispanic topic still in the Arkansas forum. I guess I hadn't realized it still wasn't open yet. Although I guess I didn't recall hearing any sort of timetable on this when the LULAC convention was going on in Little Rock.
