I had heard of the Richmond Zoo but I had set the bar pretty low as far as what I thought it was like. The video totally blew away my image of it. I wonder why Chesterfield doesn't do more to promote it? I would be for some public funding for this zoo to make it even better. There was talk that Chesterfield wanted to build an aviation mueseum by the airport. I'm against that idea but would love to see this zoo become more of a regional draw and think it would be great for the county.

NY, if you ever take your family to the Richmond Zoo, be warned that it is not easy to find. It's waaaay out on south side of Hull Street road (US 360) practically at the Amelia County line. You have to look sharp for signs.
