What do you think of this project...its a DPZ design, if that means anything.

I think its okay... not great, i question the density way out there and the prices they are asking. I wish they could mix incomes a bit better. gotta be Trump to afford it!

I hate that it take a huge greenfield to develope something like that, I hope it does not take too much from Cumming.

I have more thoughts...but would like to hear others if you know the project.

I haven't seen it but have heard about if for a while. I recall they did want it to be mixed income & were going to have condos, but as you would expect it - Forsyth County rebeled.
