No, I am not sure what river it is. I did an image search on Yahoo for "Carolina Rivers" but I think it may be somewhere in NC.

Interestingly enough, I don't think a river runs through any of NC's largest cities (Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Durham, Winston-Salem).
