A lot of the homes pictured remind me of Grand Rapids's Heratage Hill district. Nice.

Very similar. I have done quite a bit of business in Lafayette and the outer downtown is very similar to Heritage Hill. It is also a very cool town and worth stopping in.

Lafayette has one of the best downtowns in Indiana, better by far that some that have more population. It still has intact blocks of 19th-century buildings that have not only survived but been restored and kept in use.

There are many well-kept historic homes and churches, too.
