Adelicia sales at 40% sold already

An article from the NBJ today. The Adelicia has already sold 40% of their units. The amazing fact is this thing has barely broken ground. There is a possibility that there is going to be a second tower here. If the sales for condos continue at this pace in Nashville there are going to be towers popping up all over the place.

I think you will see a number of apartment units go up in the SoBro area because that need has not even been addressed. Many of the apartments downtown have been converted to condos.

Amazing. This should bode well in attracting new retail. These folks obviously have money to spend, lots of it.
