Top things to see in Greenville in an afternoon

Thanks for the tips. Also, in the Augusta Road area, other than Crescent Ave. houses and Augusta Road shopping, is there anything that not to be missed on a tour?

The Lofts at Mills Mill are close by, worth a drive by look. The Brio is also close by. And then Augusta Road neighborhoods run into Cleveland Park, would definitely show them the park!

One of the most important things to point out to your friends is that many of these less desireable communities are going to be transformed by the execution of the master plans already in place. If you visit the Brio, take along the City's document showing the Haynie-Sirrine master-plan, which also includes the future Church Street corridor. They are sure to be impressed with Greenville's foresight.

Very well; they really liked Greenville and are probably moving to G'ville. Thanks for all of the tips. They saw downtown and in-town neighborhoods earlier on and then were short of time so we just drove around suburbia and saw some of the things pointed out in posts above- very helpful and thanks again!
