I was hoping for a major expansion of some sort to attract tourists; something along the lines of Williamsburg.

That's true. It's probably not feasable to do some thing like that.

It would be nice though.

What type of expansion were you considering? Also, I think the thing that's nice about Old Salem is that it's more authentic than Williamsburg.

I noticed that the old Coca Cola plant has been tore down and the land has almost been cleared for the new Town Homes on S. Marshall street in West Salem.
