Mid rise tower possible in new development in Donelson

Another project close to the new Donelson Train Station. This is just one of many denser types of developments I foresee being built around the new rail transit system.

This project has been on the books for a while now. I've begun discussions with my mom about her looking into one of these cottages. At a very lively and independent 83, she's not ready for McKendree Manor even though she's on the waiting list. Most of her shopping is done in Donelson for the convenience and safety issues. I think this well be an excellent site for active seniors. I doubt she'd take the train, so watch out for the short blond lady in the white LeSabre.

Thats funny. I guess she would be close to the Donelson Senoirs ctr. too. This is a great area. Maybe you can join her there when you reitre too. I dont think thats too far off, right.

Um, I don't think 4 stories qualifies anything as a tower... and certainly not mid-rise. The Tennessean writers are soooo stupid.

Yeah, they can sometimes be pretty weird in their descriptions. They should know we're watching.
