Memphis' SouthEnd construction photos

For those unfamiliar with the area, the SouthEnd is a development on--where else?-- the south side of downtown. When completed, the area will have 1500 units--condos, apartments, and townhomes on 30 acres.

Riverside 648--groundlevel looks awful. Look at that sales office. At 300K for a unit, I wouldn't want to get my Gucci's dirty closing the deal. lol
