Looking for suggestions for a condo in miami

Hi Everyone,

This is a great forum! We are looking for a condo in the Miami area. Haven't decided which area, but we really love the beach. Unfortunately South Beach is out of our price range. Any suggestions on where to look? We like the city and also looks like the arts district is starting to boom. The new loft style condo are really great. Any thing in the 200K mark anymore? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks and keep up the great work.

There's product in Miami Beach under $250k. You'll just have to sacrifice size for location. Here are a bunch of listings.

Anything in the 200k price range in South Beach is going to basically be hotel-room sized. You might be able to find a descent sized 200k condo in the Dadeland area but even thats doubtful. To find a condo at a price that you'd probably have to head way out to west Kendall.

Yes you are right! I may want to relocate in a few years so a hotel room will not do. Anything in this range in the city? I see the Loft Downtown and Lofts2 claim starting at 230 or so. Anyone have any commets on this building or others. SOBE is out of the question. Thanks for all you comments so far!
