I heard from folks that were there that Deem was a class act. The News 8 Story doesn't do it justice. I'm really excited about Lumpkins joining the commission. I think he will be a great addition. Actually all three of the final candidates would have been great choices in my opinion.

I think the actions of Mr. Deem were admirable. So admirable infact that if he runs for public office again, I will certainly support him. What a great example.
