There was an article in the print edition of the NBJ that stated Tony has approached the city about building a 1000 space garage for the new CC. They didn't speculate a lot but it did say that the garage would have to go underground some and there may be a retail office component to it. I wish I could show the article but was no in the online version.

This is further evidence that Tony G. is planning a larger project than the 55 story 500 unit project that was most recently announced. It sounds more like he's planning up to 100 more units than that. The only way for him to add more units is to go higher. Also, I hope the retail component you are describing is substantial.
