Albermarle Apartments being converted to Condos

The Albermarle Apartments on Belmont Blvd is being converted to condos and a large house one block away is being renovated and expanded for condos @ 2218 Belmont according to the NBJ. These are to be called Belmont Lofts and there will only be 8 units here but 5 have been sold. The Albermarle units will sell for 90 to 155 thousand. The developer is Land Deleot a local broker. These are only a block and a half away from the Belmont campus.

This area is going to be more and more appealing and it has so much potential. The area between 12th Ave and Belmont is quickly becoming very expensive to live in.
