A draft ordinance lays the groundwork for the review of the town's zoning code. [Projo.com]

If it's approved after public comment, it will create a special panel to recommend changes to the town's zoning codes. Also, it includes a temporary moratorium on multi-unit developments in the town.

It seems like they are really afraid of increased density.
