They're starting to go to town on this project, which is great to see. The coolest thing that caught my eye was this brick arch that you could see inside the building. There must not be any electricity inside? I can see guys working in there, and they have broken open a bunch of the boarded windows to give themselves light.

Havent been on this in a long while - we are poking at the building right now getting it ready for the full steam ahead renovation (when the prints are done - hopefully this week yet) We just closed on our financing last week with 5/3rd and are using a New market tax credit which took about 2 years to secure. We have a commercial (a food broker) tenant for the ground floor and are close to closing on another ground floor tenant - the balance of the building will be apartments. Project barely works and the tax credits put it over the threshold so we had to wait and work on that end of things...love those old buildings but they are tough to make work...
