HOK Sports HQ

HOK Sports is relocating it's HQ into the river market area. The building will be 6 floors and will have an LED screen about 30ftx30ft featuring sports events and company projects.

It will be located at 400 Wyandotte and is planned to be complete by 2005.

The total estimated cost is at $22,000,000

HOK has now signed the papers, Construction will begin mid-june and will next in September '05.

How many floors will HOK actually have? The rendering suggests 4 rather 6 with a west setback for the top floors.

BTW, I have construction photos if anyone would like them posted.

I dunno how many floors it'll be, but it will at least be 60ft cuz it'll have a 60x60ft LED screen on the building.

Site excavation started August. We are currently leasing a loft across the street and are considering purchase - hence my keen interest in the building's ultimate reach <g>.

First shot was taken August 2004 soon after excavation started.

Second shot is from this morning (October 18, 2004)
