This town is definelty experiencing a major renaissance as well it should. The beautiful waterfront, lovely parks, USF expansion, Chilhuly Art Gallery, Baywalk, Downtown Barnes & Noble, New Dali Museum, Westin Bohemian Hotel, nightlife, historic neighborhoods (Snell Isle, Old Northeast) and yes the new and the now exciting Devil Rays!

At this point this is the best Dowtown in Tampa Bay!!

Very interesting, and all the new construction is condos of all prices. No new office, which is a little sad. Is there a lot of retail adn services coming to fulfill the needs of all the new residences?

Downtown is already home to a brand new Publix, Walgreens & CVS. This area is also a restaurant hot spot with chains and local hip places. Unfortunately the only new office planned is Florida Progress Power.

nice rendering. St. Pete will look awesome when these projects are finished. are these JUST residential towers or will they be mixed use? a majority of the towers being built here in Orlando are not only residential, but also have commercial & retail space included. either way, the commercial development will follow the residential, IMO. just give it some time.

Relative to its size and perceived stature, I think DT St. Pete is getting the best designs of any Florida city.

Awesome. St Pete seems to be emerging from the shadows, long forgotten because of years of unfulfilled potential. Wow - the future is bright for downtown St Pete now.

St. Pete is coming up, I don't think it'll be Tampa's little sister anymore. It's coming into its own.
