Bears 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2006 http://www.memphisdailynews.com/Editorial/....aspx?&id=92119 I first heard about this project from the daily news and here is a rendering of the office/retail part of this development: http://www.gillprop.com/retail/cs_siteplan.php However there is also an seemingly urban neighborhood next door! I think most of it is already developed. http://cordovathetown.com/

soverbey 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2006 Ray Gill might be highlighted as someone who is a pioneer in his field, but I used to live in Cordova the Town and he completely ruined that project, I can't wait to see how bad he messes this one up!

Whats the neighborhood like? I heard of the neighborhood a long time ago but haven't visited. I thought it wasn't selling well because it was way out in the middle of nowhere in 1994. This project was way before its time. What did Ray Gill do wrong? Did it become another "cookie cutter" subdvision? I remember a while back about Cordova homes having a hard time selling. Is that still the case?
