Thanks, btoy! This will be a tremendous addition to one of the finest Upstate communities on Lake Keowee. I love the terrain and vistas overlooking the lake and foothills, and the golf course is among the most beautiful in South Carolina (it was designed by Jack Nicklaus, afterall).

I can certainly see this village becoming the true hub of the neighborhood, unlike other similar neo urbanist communities where everyone still travels away to do everything. It already has that feeling despite lacking businesses to support the residences. This is simply one of the most beautiful places to live in the entire nation, IMO.

I have photos of the Covington residence under construction last year which will make your jaw drop. I'll try to get them posted within the next couple days.

I would have to assume that it is for residents and guests ONLY. As exclusive as this neighborhood is, anyone goofing around without welcome will be escorted away in a hurry.
