I think they could have done better with the colors, specifically the brink and the awnings. That's the worst part of the design in my opinion. But I agree that landscaping will help, and it will look better once the storefronts are in. I like the corrugated metal though.

What it really looks like to me is what they would have done in Carneigie Abbey had they kept the facade of the Aluminum Tower. :-P

I've always dreamed of living in a hip, funky, aluminum condominium that resembles a mini storage center.

After what has seemed like an eternity, the windows on the first floor/retail space went in last week. I drove by today and the first floor is filled with racks of clothing. No sign or anything, and I didn't get a good look, so I don't know what type of clothing, but it looks like it's definitely NOT a car dealership!
