Meetup in Charlotte?

Why don't some of us in Charlotte meet sometime? Given how small this city is, we probably work next to each other or pass by each other in the skywalks uptown every day!

Perhaps a drink after work one evening at Rock Bottom Brewery? Or elsewhere?

Yes it is my backyard. Mr Blue Heron paid a visit last summer to our great surprise while having breakfast.

Wow, that is freaky. Uptown, we don't get any large creepy birds, but every once in a while we get these huge flocks of birds landing. They'll line every power line and roof in almost a city block's radius. They'll all take off and then land 20 yards away. It is very creepy.
