CONSTRUCTION THREAD: Magnolia Park Town Center

This is becoming the most confused corridor in the Southeast.

Does Trader Joe's scream "redneck"? What about REI, Whole Foods Market, World Market, Starbucks, etc.? No reason for concern. Many wealthy outdoorsmen and women shop at stores like Cabela's. We needed more options for fly fishing supplies in town anyway.

The 3-way stop in front of Cabela's is now a traffic circle, only it's not immediately recognizable as a traffic circle.  It is way too small.  It's going to be a disaster!

I stand corrected.  What I thought was an interior lane is actually a very wide sidewalk (that is still under construction).  I still think the traffic won't flow well with the traffic circle being so close to Woodruff Rd.

-Looks like construction has started on Tucano's.

-Golfsmith is now open.

-The new round-a-bout is fairly nice. Seems easier to use than the one inside ICAR.

-Walls going up for Nordstrom Rack and Destination XL.

-Coming soon signs now up on site for other tenants announced including Dave and Busters.
