Construction now officially underway for Dave & Busters.

That garage seems to come and go with the tide. I have hopes, but I won't believe it until I see it.

The good news is that it appears construction is not only going on where D&B will be locating but also where the slated parking garage is supposed to go.

Yes there is a sign up for Dave and Busters facing 385. Looks like D&B's is going between the back of Hollywood 20 and 385 or could that be the parking garage?

Is the parking garage back on for here? Went Sunday to the Yard House and it is already very hard to find a spot. Can't imagine when Dave and Busters, Pier1, Bar Louie, rest of the new restaurants are open. Gonna be miserable. Will have to part at the Target and walk over.

It's slated to go between Cabela's and Dave & Buster's behind the movie theater where the newly paved parking lot is.

okay..... Well that's kinda weird. A life Insurance company that also does property management I guess. Their website doesn't say anything about property management.
