From the Metro building permits site is this:

2006-02055 104-02-0 055.00 ADDRESS: 3180 PARTHENON AV $.00

PURPOSE: TREE REMOVAL PERMIT FOR 'KINGSMONT COURT'

CONT. NAME: PHOENIX BUILDING GROUP OF TN INC

I am almost positive that this project will be right next to the Greymont. They have been moving and demolishing homes there for a while. This will be a small project, I am sure, but another one off Long.
