Good point. I want to say there might have been a space or two. There is not a Lease listing on the website either though.

Is this just a Starbucks in the first picture? Seems to be a lot of land cleared. Surely that's not all parking lot. 

In the second picture what is going to happen to large "triangle" of dirt? Is that a separate lot?

And finally the third picture, still nothing out there yet to show us what this is going to look like?

             Starbucks in foreground. 14 unit Condo project in background (gray dirt). 

In the second picture what is going to happen to large "triangle" of dirt? Is that a separate lot?

             Same owner but separate tax parcel. Entire area is owned by Sphinx. Cook Station must be leasing the land they are building on.  

And finally the third picture, still nothing out there yet to show us what this is going to look like?

              No word on that. No building permit issued yet, only grading.

First announced last summer, David Dedvukaj's American Spinning mixed use project received a judge's OK on Wednesday to close a 400-foot stretch of Hammett Street Extension, a cut-through that connects Old Buncombe Road to Poinsett Highway. With the road's closure, Dedvukaj's refurbished mill building will safely connect to a parking lot and the Swamp Rabbit Trail in a completely pedestrian zone.

The Greenville County Redevelopment Authority agreed on Tuesday to entertain offers from anyone interested in buying 4.26 acres of property the authority has owned since 2012. The property — dubbed "The Forge" in a marketing campaign by the Greenville Revitalization Corp.— was once home to the Piedmont Shirt Factory on Poinsett Highway. This decision comes two months after the agency's board voted unanimously to let Castile pursue a private partnership to redevelop the 11-acre former Poe Mill site on A Street.

The Greenville County Council's finance committee on Monday agreed to tax incentives for Rosewater Investments, a North Carolina-based group that bought property next door to the old Piedmont Shirt Factory last July and has joined with four other property owners to redevelop roughly 4.5 acres.

Helping to boost the popularity of Poe Mill and the larger Poinsett District could be an extension of the Swamp Rabbit Trail right through its heart.

The popular trail system's most used and longest segment is the green line, which stretches 20 miles from Greenville to Travelers Rest. The orange line currently measures about 3,400 feet from its intersection with the green line near Monaghan Mill to its terminus at Buncombe Road, just shy of the Poe Mill community.

The person who oversees the trail's development and construction, Greenville County's Ty Houck, said his team has had a strategy in place since 2008 to see that orange line extended another roughly two miles to Greenville's North Main Street at a spot behind Larkin's Sawmill at Rutherford Road. Data shows, he said, that where the trail goes "people come."

But first the orange line has to get through Poe Mill. He said he is getting close and has about five more property owners to sort out deals with to connect the line with a right-of-way the county has secured for an abandoned Norfolk Southern rail spur that goes under Poinsett Highway near Tool Shed.

"Our master plan includes connecting the communities of Brutontown, New Washington Heights as well as the North Main area," Houck said.
