Grow Smart, together with a broad coalition of sponsors is convening hundreds of community stakeholders for the purpose of helping to jumpstart implementation of Rhode Island's soon-to-be-adopted state land use plan, Land Use 2025. The forward looking plan recommends a set of strategies to accommodate new growth while building upon our existing assets, safeguarding the environment and strengthening our economic competitiveness.
