The first (and last) time I visited this establishment (for Beau Soleil) I practically needed a lung transplant the next day. Reggae is great music; can we lobby to get it added to the Rosa Parks summer lineup?

Not any worse than most places no. Better than Montes IMO.

i really don't think the intersection is that bad. if you're talking the old easttown intersection, then yes. but the new one is so large and open, it's not that bad. not like mulligans.

Muligans and Monte's were the smokiest bars around I think.

Also, I see montes is taking applications.. hopefully they have better filtration or a crowd that doesn't smoke as much or somethin.

Does your brother work at McFaddens? I swear I saw him behind the bar, but it may have been someone else.

Billy's seems to have a pretty good airflow at times...but else what bar isn't smokey around here.

the hideout off of plainfield is smoke free for the most part. also, ken has wonderful brews that he creates himself. check it out.

In my experience, the level of smoke at the Intersection varies tremendously depending on what kind of act you're going to see. Even at its worst, though, it's still not half as bad as Mulligans.
