There are probably other reasons for the selection but is Verdae space cheaper per square foot?

Given that this is a big fish for Verdae, it wouldn't surprise me if they sold for a good price (from the buyer's perspective).  Also for the employees that will commute from Sburg, it is a quicker trip than DT.
