Ya whats the deal with this project? This is all they can accomplish in 6 months?

Things will speed up. There are some non construction related issues that are currently being worked out.

its exciting that 55W, Paramount, 101, and Dynetech are all rising at the same time practically.

Just heard on channel 9 6 o'clock news, they announced the starting of construction on Dynetech. It was a brief news clip that showed the rendering and the site. They also said it would be complete later next year.

Wonder if this means progress will pick up now?

Possible reasons:

- they are behind in sales and put out a press release

- media outlets just found out that this is an important project currently underway because of the state of downtown address
