If I am not mistaken that is the Family Fare on South Washington in Holland. It was built new for Family Fare I think about 5 years or so ago.

What do you think they will buiild if they buy the whole block??? that is a large chunck of it, and they said not "soon".... later could be within the next couple of years, ironically, yesterday I was hoping they would do something with that building!

It is the Family Fair on South Washington. The picture to the right is actually the old Meijers on Douglas in Holland.

I'm glad to see all that stale 70's/ 80's clading get pitched in the dumpster. Going by the renderings, this place is going to have a very nice fresh look. I can't wait to see the real thing.

On the website it talks about an "expensive addition". What are they adding? I always thought this building was totally underutilized. And it was AWFUL when Arby's was in the building. The whole thing reaked of Curly Fries.
