Work's been going on there for a few weeks now.

If I recall correctly, the previous Subway sign that was on the ground was too large to fit into the space given for signs. The new sign looks smaller than the old.

The tenant-landowner dispute was with the charging extra for the additional space in front, and thus a 3-foot empty space was created with an extra door between the retail space of the Subway and the exterior windows. It seems that has changed, as Subway has occupied the whole space for at least the past 4-5 months now.
