Those are some major developments; it's good to see!

PS I was going to take a CCIM class in New Orleans this summer to throw some tourism dollars their way, but it SOLD out! (Apparently, I wasn't the only person thinking of doing what they can to support New Orleans.)

I think the only developments that have a really good chance of success any time soon are high-rises. It will take awhile before you see houses beign rebuilt on a large scale.

???..They've already announced a 20,000 home subdivision on the Westbank since the storm in Westwego. I think that was in December.
