Here are some renderings for a new Twins ballpark in downtown Minneapolis. The plan includes a 42,000 seat, retractable roof ballpark that will cost in the range of $430 million-$450 million.

I really hope it gets built behind Target Center. The St. Paul site is nice enough, but traffic is a nightmare getting in and out for a Wild game. Imagine another facility there.

Granted, the Wild and Twins may only overlap nights twice, maybe three times a year, but 40,000 peeple vs 20,000. God help us, if they ever played on the same night.
