Florida developer, Jerry Wallace eyeing Nashville

Straight form the Doorman this morning is news that a major Florida developer is looking at Nashville for a possible project along the River or in the Gulch. I was not sure of all the details as the doorman called me and wanted to post it. They were having a seminar at the hotel he works at also. Evidently, it is a legitimate operation.

At times I think you're an extremely harsh critic. However, this time I think you're right on the money!

I agree doorman. When you called me I thought great, but after looking at the website and seeing what he was about I thought this guy is like an Amway salesman. I dont think there would be much of a demand for a development like that here.

I'll give the guy the benefit of the doubt, because he has money, is interested, and in the locations mentioned, would have to build according to detailed guidelines and requirements set by the city.

Wallacetown? lol. That one is funny... i'd feel like I was living in the middle of a Disney theme park or something. Which i'm sure there are some who would enjoy that... it would be all wrong for the areas of Nashville mentioned though.
