That's a bigger looking building than I expected.

Yeah Cajun..looks pretty impressive from ground level too.  McKernan probably wishing he'd kept his new digs along I-10  4-floors(instead of 3)  next to Marriott .

Those vacant lots  sure need something NICE built  on them!   Yesterday!
